The Fight for Manhood

For the last several weeks I have been waking up Wednesdays at 5 AM to meet with a group of men who believe in "getting real ." The thing men hate to admit is sometimes....we have no clue what we are doing? Sound like an honest statement....it is? This outside the box approach is sweeping the country. Research The Fight for Manhood, it happens to be a hot topic in the church going world. It seems most men don't really like going to church as many men feel it caters primarily to women and children. Want proof, just research the programs your church offers, as a man are you really excited or interested in them, really??

The Fight, as it is called is set to accomplish many topics real men face, including who Jesus was, know your father, know your mother, how you were raised and why you were raised that way, how to raise a family, how and when to take a stand, what to expect as you face day to day challenges, anger, confidence, business, and friendships with men. This group is free to all members and includes notes, seminars, group discussions, email advice, and most importantly a support system of "real" men. Over the last several weeks I have become rather close to the 70 men involved. Brad Maynard is the ring leader and is known throughout the world as one of the most influential members of the movement. Best part it is homegrown here in Knoxville.
